A fun way to create a ring that you can keep as a silver decorative band or customize with your choice of setting, background and stone. This is a great introduction to metal working. With beautiful ornate silver designs to choose from for your band and the flash of different types of stones, your ring will turn out amazing. No one will ever guess it was made by a beginner. 

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn to size a ring, calculate and cut a silver band to fit.
• File, form and fabricate your ring.
• Solder and shape your ring.
• Add stone and background to your band if you like.
• Patina and Polish.

• No experience necessary.

DETAILS

• Registration is per person.
• Workshop is about 2 hours long depending on group size and type of ring you decide to make.
• There is a $25 booking fee for the class that factors into the final cost of the class below. It is non refundable if you are a no show or don't re-schedule within 24 hours of the start date of the class. 
• The cost breakdown is $50 for the workshop plus the band, stone, setting and background you choose. The total cost for the class ends up being between $90 and $120.
